Biased Russia adversaries who are in Ukranian Government and the east of country, signed a protocol realing to start the cease-fire approximate three months ago. European Union is carrying out sanctions which solve to problem for controversial contribution.

    The cease-fire which came into force in September in Ukraine, was turned green the hope to solve the problem in east of the country. In this way, the adversories of indepence who are in Donetsh and Luhansk for months with Ukraine Army which clash them, accepted that they were unsuccesful although superiority of number.

   Between sides were made consultation in Minsk which is the capital city of Belasussio for cease-fire. For consultion, the farmer president of Ukraine, Leanid Kuema, Kiev's Ambassador of Russia, Mihail Zurobov and the leaders of seperation in Donetsk and Luhansk joined.

    The consultation between Ukraine and Russia who are adversary of indepence started after Russia had presented peace plan which includes seven substances. In question plan suggested that each side finishes the attacks, international observes commission to inspect the cease-fire to change of unconditional prisoner and to start of humane and corridor.

    As a result of the cease-fire will be inspected by the organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
