THE TRAVELLING OF THE LOVE

Yunus Emre – The Travelling of The Love is a TV series released in 2015 Ramadan on TRT1. The series has been liked in a short span of time by many people. It was broadcasted every weekday in Ramadan. And now it is being televised every Tuesday. The producer is Mehmet Bozdağ who is the producer of Diriliş Ertuğrul, too. The scriptwriter is İsa Yılmaz and the director is Emre Konuk.
This TV series is about the travelling of Yunus to reach up to the veracity on Islamic Sufism way. There are his ordeal and his war against his devil in 13th century. He was graduated from Madrasah Karatay which was one of the most important ones in that century. Firstly he was assigned for Nallıhan as a kadi. He was haughty and he didn’t like dervish lodges but then he became disciple of Tabduk Emre. In the show, he has lots of trial there.
For Yunus Emre – The Travelling of The Love, a world of 13th century has been built in Beykoz Shoe Fabric. Nallıhan bazaar and stores madrasahs, buildings of ahi association, mansions etc. have been built on indoor and outdoor fifteen thousand square meter platos. 400 costumes and 250 headings have been fabricated and six thousand meters cloth was used. About two thousand epochal equipments have been made from scratch for the series.
I am a fan of this show. I like it. We watch it whit the whole family. I think it is both beautiful and educational. It appeals to hearts of people. Especially conversations of Tabduk Emre with his company are impressive and didactic. And some sentences are very nice like “Walker with love carries worlds on his back, walker without love carries a corpse as body.” I think shows in this breed have to increase. We need them.

  THE LITTLE PRINCE

The little prince ( Le petit prince) is a novella by Antoine de Saint Exupery. It's a story narrated by a pilot who is stranded in a desert. (It is believed that the author put his personal experiences into the narrative.Since he was a pilot himself and was once stranded in the Sahara because his plane broke down.) The impression that the story makes on you changes and depends on what age you read it. At one point you can find the adventures of this little boy too boring and stop reading but then you can feel ashamed of who you grew up to be as an adult. It maybe a child book but I believe that it should be read and reread no matter what age you are. It crosses the lines between philosophy and literature, adulthood and childhood, the things that should matter in life and the ones that matter less. It's a story that stays with you.

Here is a short summary just in case you have no idea about the book. This little story's about a lonely little prince.Told by an airplane pilot who crashes in the Sahara desert. As he's worrying for his life he meet the little prince. He learns that the little prince comes from a planet called B-612. On this planet there is a rose and the little prince loves it.But one day he caught the rose lying to him and decided that he couldn't trust her anymore. He feels lonely so he sets off on a journey across seven planets to find a friend. And that's where the story begins.

On the first six planets the little prince meets a king, a vain man, a drunkard, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. They're all too busy gaining wealth and power and to consider being his friend When he finally lands on planet Earth, he finds himself in a desert. There he meets a snake who offers it's poison to send him back where he came from but he ignores the snake. Eventually he meets a fox who makes him realize that he feels lonely because he's so far away from his rose. Finally he meets a very special human, the pilot and the tells his story to him. They seem to understand each other very well. Both of them want to go back home. The pilot is able to fix his plane but his mind is fixed on returning to his beloved rose.So he finds his own way back home with a little help of the snake.
Now go and read the book or reread it. I promise you it'll find a way to your heart and stay there.

LIKE ME PLEASE!

As technology improves, the use of internet starts to increase because people begin to tend to learn much more information. And this leds to increase in the number of social network. Yet, the use of social media turns out to not for getting information, but for people's giving information about themselves. We start to share what we eat, where we go or what we do through the day on several social networks. And I think what leds to it is the need of being approved. If what we share is liked by more people, it makes us happy but is liked by less people, on the contrary, it makes us sad.
People have started arranging their lives much more according to social media recently. For example, if what we share on twitter, instagram or facebook gets less "likes" than we think it would, we think we did something wrong. Afterwards, we start to not doing it anymore. On the contrary, we begin to do total opposite of it and depict ourselves different from who we really are.
The fact that we naturalize it and care about it so much is bad because it can led narcissism and depression.
Ferhat Aydın, a psychologist in PADEM psychology, states
"There are two personalities, one is who you are and the other one is who you want to become. While some people share posts that image who they really are and true about their lives on social media, others share posts like people who they want to be. Therefore, they feel like they belong to a group with the posts they share."

              Dinner In The Sky

I have always dreamt about having a dinner in the sky. But I think my dream won’t become true as it costs a lot of money to have a dinner in the sky. Everyone imagines having a dinner in the sky except the ones who are afraid of heights and don’t have much money.

This restaurant firstly opened in Belgium in 2006. But today, it has branches in various cities including Las Vegas. The brances are generally opened in developed countries because the dinner costs almost €10,000.

Every protection is provided for safety. But you can be afraid when you look down people after drinking too much. Sometimes it has problems because people in the sky have difficulties in hearing each other. So they have to shot each other across the table.
If I had much money, I would like to have an experience like this in my life. It would be a great memory for me.

    Undersea Restaurant

The restaurant was opened in 2004 and it costed over €3 million to build, and if you want to have an experience in the restaurant you have to pay about €160. It means, first of all, you need to save such a lot of money before going there.

You don’t need to think too much to guess what the restaurant’s menu has.  I think, eating fish while watching a view of alive fishes is little bit odd. Besides eating dinner, you can stay and spend your night by sleeping underwater. And if you want to do that, you have to pay €7,500! Although it costs too much, I think it is worth.

Each language has a lot of weird words. They can be difficultly pronounced, too long or too short etc. For example, in English there are a lot of weird words. One of these words is "floccinaucinihilipilification". According to the Guinness Book of World Records, it is the longest and meaningful word in English. It means "go down something's value".
"Honorificabilitudinitatibus" one of the words in this kind, too. It means honour.
William Shakespeare used this word in his work which called "Love's Labour's Lost". The next word is a kind of phobia. It has 36 letters. And ironically it is the fear of long word. Weird! Anyway phobia's name is "hippopotomonsrosesquippedaliophobia".
"Antidisestoblishmentarianism" is another word. It means allocation or seperation. It also means to oppose anything.
"Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" is a disease of lung which is caused by breathing the dust of silica which is found especially in volcano.
"Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" is a part of music which was sung in a film called "Mary Poppins". Even though it is the longest word in English,  it can't be taken in Guinnes Book of World Records. Because it isn't a meaningful words. Actually, it hasn't certain meaning. But it is generally used as wonderful. I don't think that anyone uses this word because of its length.

If you look around carefully, you’ll see everyone has a trouble. One understands but she can’t do it by herself, one needs money, another one is scared of doing it etc. Because people always want things that they dream of to happen without any effort. There is no limit of imagination so they just sit at the corner of the room hoping for a touchdown coming from the sky or make themselves optimistic or pessimistic. I think, doing something isn’t hard. The hardest one is believing you can do it. Maybe it’s all about the dreams. For example do you know what happened to the son of Ford’s owner? He killed himself by leaving a note to his father. “Father , there was nothing accessible for me in this life. You prepared everything for me. I didn’t make an effort. I’m sick of unhappiness. I’m leaving.” I want to show you the money isn’t everything and dreams or goals can be what we live for. I mean, if you have a dream or goal, it’s more meaningful to live. You need to be determined and not to be scared of anything. Don’t make excuses. If you have a lot of money and you have nowhere to spend it then you can restart your life moving somewhere where your money is worthless or if you don’t have money, you need to take a risk and start a new business. By the way it’s not hard as much as you think because the most famous people’s saying is; “ I was pretty awful at first.” You just need to believe in yourself. One last thing, if they did, why not us?

Nothing’s gonna happen without doing anything. You need to know who you are and what you really want to do. Then everything’s gonna be alright because the important thing is knowing what you want. There can be many people that want to prevent you from what you want to do. Despite those things, if you’re successful, you become the right person. If you don’t know where to go , doesn’t matter by which way it is. Nothing ever comes to you without any effort, you need to do something to reach things you want, just for yourself by not caring about what others say.
