
*Carrot Soup*
INGRIDIENTS
* 6 glassful stock
* 3 carrots
* Spoonful oil
*2 Teacup flour
*1 glassful water
*2 Glassful milk
* Enough salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1-)The carrots are cut into picies the are fry in two spoon ful oil and boiled in a glassful water. They are brought in tender very well. Then they are sieved and mashed.
2-) Six glassful stocks , enough salt and the mash are joined in a saucepan.
3-) The flour is roasted with a spoonful oil. Then the milk is blended adn joined. The yolks are beated in depth and blended.
4-) Number 3 is joined int the carrots and in the other side it is blended. When it’s boiled five minutes i it is raided from the hearth.
And it is ready for service out.
