The holidays are coming and what I love to do in winter is to sit in front of the window and reading books while drinking some coffee and eating delicious cookies. So I wanted to share you some of my favorite recipes. They are simple and easy to do. Grab your book and get ready for a comfy day..

1- Cornflake Cookies: Also known as Honey Joys. They are really simple and it never takes long to prepare them.

Ingredients:

-4 tablespoon butter
-1,5 tsp honey
-2,5 bars of caramel-filled chocolate
-4-5 cups of cornflkaes

Preparation:
-Preheat oven to 150°C.
-Heat butter, chocolate in a small saucepan till they melt
-Add cornflakes and honey and mix well.
-Spoon into patty cake cases and bake for 10 mins.
-Let them cool for a while
And there you go! The world's most delicious cookies..

2- Flourless Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Cookies: I just found it interesting.
Ingredients:
  • -1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • -3/4 cup of sugar
  • -1 egg
  • -1/2 tsp baking soda
  • -1/4 tsp salt
  • -1 cup chocolate morsels (semisweet)
Preparation:
  1. - Preheat oven to 350°
  2. -Stir together peanut butter and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels.
  3. - Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
  4. -Cool on baking sheets on a wire rack 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack, and let cool 15 minutes.
  5. You're done!

3-Coffee with marshmallow: You can have it the way you like but although we are in winter you can melt some ice-cream on it and then put the marshmallows.

All you need is some marshmallows and coffee. Your coffee has to be really hot for this, so you have to wait for a while after putting the marshmallows on the top of your coffee.

Have a warm, cozy and delightful winter everybody!
